All items are being sold "as is & where is" with no warranty
implied or guaranteed. Our rating system is purely
subjective and represents only our opinion we believe to be
accurate based on the information we have available.
A valid credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American
Express) is required to register and bid online. (See link
below for our current payment policies and a cash deposit
option for those unable to provide a credit card).
Thirteen-Percent (13%) Buyer's Premium with a 3% BP discount
for cash payments.

documentation to avoid paying sales tax. No exceptions
please. Remember, unless you are a non-profit with proper
documentation, only purchases solely intended for resale
qualify as tax exempt and then only by providing your retail

begin closing at 2PM on Wednesday, October 18th, 2017 and
the auction will end when the last lot closes that
bidders will receive an email invoice listing the items they
purchased and the amount owed.
Invoices will be sent out no later
than 10AM on Thursday October 19th, 2017, or sooner
depending on what time the auction finishes closing on the
18th. Invoices will also be available at the sale site.
Full payment and removals must be
completed by 6PM on Thursday, October 19th, 2017.
Online payments are not
accepted at this time. Payment can be made when you
pick up your purchases at the sale site. We accept cash,
cashier check, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover,
American Express). Proper I.D. is required. You may also pay
prior to pick-up by calling the auction company to pay by
phone with your credit card (803)-429-3493. We will also
accept wire transfer payments that are approved prior to the
beginning of the auction.

for and remove your purchases under the terms stated. We
will only be on site for the one day. All items will be
ready to go out the door with no difficult removals.
Important Removal Info: Bring plenty of ropes, straps, or
tie downs, plus padding to secure your load.
